More than 25 years of experience in HR, employment law and corporate governance. He develops legal and HR processes for large organisations, helping businesses establish effective departmental structures and internal procedures.

Professional experience

Built the legal function from the ground up at one of Kazakhstan's largest pharmaceutical companies. Introduced a central contract register, standard contract templates and corporate policies.

Supported negotiations with international partners, franchise arrangements and business structuring in Georgia and the Netherlands. His practice brings together corporate governance, commercial contracts and HR.

Has led HR functions within the justice system and contributed to the modernisation of public services. His experience includes organisational change and the development of social programmes.
